A MedCoach fertility nurse will walk you through every step of the injection process – from identifying the correct injection supplies to preparing and injecting your medications.

Your training will take approximately 30 minutes but may be slightly shorter or longer depending on the number of medications to review.  To make the most of your time, please watch the MedCoach injection videos prior to your appointment. Continuing the training beyond 45 minutes will be at the sole discretion of your MedCoach nurse.

To make the most of your training session, we ask that you watch the MedCoach injection videos for your prescribed medications prior to your appointment.

You will need the following items handy for your appointment:  

• The injectable medications prescribed by your doctor
• Your medication calendar provided by your fertility clinic which includes your medications and what days to take them

Appointments are in high demand. Out of respect for our MedCoach trainers and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

You will need a computer or laptop with a functional video camera, microphone, and speakers. You will also need a reliable internet connection and a quiet room.  

Prior to your scheduled appointment, be sure you test your audio, video, and internet connection.

When you schedule your training you will receive an email invitation with a link to join a video conference. On the day and time of your scheduled appointment, click on the link and follow the prompts to join the conference.
